I have been working out with my fiance for many years. Unfortunately life has made it to where this hasn't been a thing of consistency. I have been able to work with her and instill in her a lot of the basics starting with cable exercises teaching her a range of motion, getting a ligaments and tendons into shape, and allowing her to build that mind muscle connection. We have moved to dumbbells and straight bar into more compound lifts and hear this summer we find ourselves looking to lean out. I have been working with anabolics and peptides since around 2008 and this year she is wanting to take the leap and enjoy the benefits from anabolic and peptides. I want to document her journey and my guidance in where we are starting and hopefully shed some light on female supplementation and a success story at the end of this journey which we're planning towards the end of summer into the fall. 

 

We have changed our diets into a low carb / keto diet currently we are doing no carbs high proteins and fats. I have had her over the winter taking HGH. We had started at one IU everyday and here more recently increased to 2 IU's. We started anavar at 2.5 mg every day for 2 weeks. Then the next two weeks we increased to 5 mg every day. And the plan moving forward is to increase to 10 mg everyday and run that for maybe the next 10 weeks. For supplementation we are taking animal pack plus I am adding in vitamin d iodine potassium magnesium, selenium and a few others that support thyroid electrolyte and overall performance. I have just acquired Retatrutide that we will be starting for what I'm hoping is a minimum of 12 weeks or more. I have seen some conflicting information on starting doses I know that it seems 1 mg to 2 mg is where many people fall through their protocol but I'm going to start out at 5 mg for the first two weeks and then go to 1 mg and then probably up to two staying at 1 mg for 2 weeks then moving to 2:00 and staying there for a while. I do see that in the scientific studies they stay at 2:00 for about 4 weeks and then go to four and then stay there for 4 weeks and then go to 8:00 I don't know if I'm going to get that aggressive as we are just looking for a body recomp and don't have a lot to lose just looking for a little bit of an edge. Also what I'll be adding in to run along with the anavar is nolvadex. Using it for its control of estrogen blocking estrogen in the breast tissue and then by the blocking of estrogen increasing/ freeing up testosterone. Looking to do all of this again for a minimum of 12 weeks and then maybe switching things up possibly trying other compounds maybe going away from some compounds and just trying to be very minimalistic about this means it is her first time so we're very cautious starting low trying to focus on exercise and diet primarily in using the compounds as an accessory to help speed up and achieve possibly even greater results. Some things that we may be looking towards down the road and I would like anyone's input on is cycling in primo and or testosterone. I know some women like Masteron, I know some have had good luck with turinabol. She is starting out at 140 lb, slim athletic frame she adds muscle to her quads very easily we are working on glutes where she lacks also working on rear delis rhomboids upper back to balance out her physique. I'll try to post weekly stats and what we have going on, again any advice input or questions is welcome. Thank you.
