Joint repair supplements -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This thread is for helping members that suffer from joint soreness or problems....If your hitting the heavy weights day in and day out, then it's only a matter of time til it happens to you...especially as you grow older...I have had my issues with bad sore joints and getting older. I have found things that have worked great where it took away 100% of any pain issues...Now thier are some peptides like igf, ghrp, iparelin and HGH that slowly help repair and heal the problem but I have to say deca in a very small maintance dose every 10 to 14 days has worked the best by far...It takes awhile to kick in but it does the job...Now being on a low dose of deca year round is actually has alot of health benefits...[Find my thread on it for more info] but the problem is that it might only be good for people on TRT that are injecting test ew with it...even a low dose of deca may shut you down and that's something you don't have to worry about if your on TRT. So, now lets get away from the peptides and AAS and find something everyone can use safely in a more natural pill. I have found that Animal Flex by Universal Nutrition works very good for many and - -Fish Oil - Cissus Quadrangularis - Glucosamine Sulfate - MSM - Chondroitin Sulfate I have seen many using the Cissus after having joint surgieries and being totally pain free as long as they keep using it for some time. Now let's here from you...If you have had joint pains in the past...What did you use if you found something that actually worked.
