This is a really simple protein powder recipe for very tasty high protein ice cream. It makes a great snack or dessert and definitely settles those chocolate and sweet cravings. Ingredients 1 medium banana, mashed 1 scoop Whey chocolate protein powder 1 Packet light hot chocolate powder 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 5 tsp Splenda 40 grams Red Berries (Optional to add on the side) Directions 1. Combine the ingredients with enough water to form a thick batter. 2. Freeze for an hour That?s it - If you are going to use the Red Berries just add these on the side.
