AAS and your Blader

Users of anabolic steroids often face a litany of negative side effects which can lead to a reduced quality of health or lifestyle... Male pattern baldness, gynecomastia (the feared “bitch tits”), prostate growth, and even cancer are all very real, and very feared, health-related side effect which can arise as a result of steroid use... There are some side effects, however, such as increased flatulence or night sweats, which are non-life threatening, but do cause some to feel uncomfortable... Then there is one side effect which can lead to employment disruption when it occurs unexpectedly: frequent urination... To many, it would seem like it’s not that big of a deal... However, if you have a job which requires to you drive long distances, stand in front of an audience, or work in an isolated area where restroom access is limited, the suddenly need to urinate two to three times as much can cause serious disruptions... While you’ve already likely learned to deal with the intestinal discomfort that arrives with the use of creatine and some protein products, you may not be ready for added unexpected interruptions that come with new compounds being introduced into the system... If you’re about to enter a phase of your life where you use anabolic steroids, or even fat-burners, keep the frequent urination factor in mind... Especially in the beginning as your body begins to adjust, perhaps it would be best to limit new compound exposure to those times when you have a week off work, or daily requirements are otherwise limited in some way... Just as you wouldn’t add 2000 calories or 15 grams of creatine to your diet on the same day you start a new job, use your common sense and upcoming schedule to plan your next steps... A boost in metabolism results in a boost in excretion and defecation rates as well... As you do more cardio and enjoy the benefits of fat burners such as ECA (caffeine, ephedrine, and aspirin stack) and clenbuterol, you’ll notice your bathroom trips become more frequent as your body functions a tad faster and a slightly higher temperature... Changes in prostate management can lead to frequent urination, and growth of prostate can lead to an inability to completely empty the bladder each time. Much the way older people need to frequently use the restroom, younger people with the enlarged prostate of an older person will suffer from the same problem... Again, it’s manageable, but can be quite uncomfortable... In the end, it’s all about trade-offs... If you desire the tremendous benefits and positive effects of AAS use, you may have to endure both the larger, more dangerous effects, as well as the smaller, more inconvenient ones... If you know up front that increased urination may be a problem with AAS affecting prostate function or thermogenic aids which boost metabolism, plan accordingly... It may seem like a minor point, but its one that may assist your greatly as you implement your upcoming cycles into your daily life... Now I know I say this statement alot but everyone is different and you may have a problem with this and it could cause problems in your life...I personally consider this one of the worse side effects I have gotten from AAS...and not only does it effect me while on cycle but has gotten to the point where it is a perminate problems since I started using AAS...I'll never forget when it all started...It happened fast actually on my very first day of my first cycle...It was a basic cycle, low dose test cyp, deca and d-bol and BAMM I went from having to piss 3 or 4 times ed to going 15 times ed...and like I said, even off cycle it's the same and it all started from that very first day using steroids...I have had my prostate checked and all is good but damm it's like every hour it hits hard and I can't tell you how many times I have pulled over in my car everywhere and anywhere to take a piss...When you got to go, you got to go...If you never tried AAS, this is something to think about...
