Why Your Not Making Gains On Steroids

Im gonna make a list/thread of why some guys dont make gains off AAS and GH, or minimals gains... As always id like everyone to read this and feel free to add quality info. WHY YOUR NOT MAKING GAINS OFF AAS AND GH. 1. Lack of a proper base 2. Dose too low or too high for your size weight height and experience. We all build up alittle resistance. we all get different side effects from meds, some get the same- if your dose is too low its like taking 81m of aspern for a headache in a 200lb guy. not gonna work or very little, now read this if its too high- you'll just simply waste alot of it and grow the same but get tons of side effects or not grow right because your not eating enough for it, or your getting sick off it. even worse. 3. Wrong drugs for your body type and goals- leaner guys need alittle stronger compunds that will throw on some size, fatter guys need to lean out with lower doses before using bulking drugs... a fat guy on alot of test just looks alot fatter with some water. 4. Not taking your time and rushing things- have weekly, monthly, and yearly goals, even if its just 1-2 lbs of muscle a month- that adds up 12 lbs a year! 5. Not knowing how to DIET correctly, some guys need a really clean almost perfect diet, some guys need some crap, some guys need mostly crap food. That all depends on the level your on, the drugs your on, and how much lean mass you carry. Most pro's can eat alsmost **** food, and diet before the show last 8-12 weeks., some cannot. this is very high level you wont get to 270lbs on rice and chicken- or fish chicken and pineapple- its just not gonna happen. Know your macro breakdown and keep a log of what works and what doesent... 6. Introduce 1-2 drugs at a time and see the response- know what drugs work for you and how they work at different bodyfats. 7. Not being affraid to rest- some guys can train 5-6 days a week- some can train 4 days a week. Rest makes the muscle grow. Wanna grow train harder less frequent and rest more and eat more. 8. With drugs start at resonable dose for your size, if your making good gains dont up it yet, wait till the gains slow, or pleateau and up the drug or take it out rest alittle then reintroduce at a higher dose. 9. Each drug must have a purpose and be working or take it out.. 10. When to add GH- usually after a solid AAS base, but it really can be added anytime,i if you get pharma cheap then why not. minimal dose is 4-5iu hopefully ED. 11. Drug inj. or taking frequency is based on the half life of that drug... 12. When to add insulin- this is a good one- its a very individual thing its a risky drug, but used correctly theres really no risk. After building a good aas /gh base consider adding insulin R post workout 5-10iu on training days to see your response. 4 weeks on 4 weeks off. insulin is very good as a pleateau breaker- like stuck at a weight- you can even lower your AAS doses and in some cases lower your GH doses. 13. Injecting into scar tissue is messing with the absorbtion of that drug... 14. Not sleeping enough... 15. Not eating enough...

Keep in mind very few people have a ****ty response to AAS... chances are its you, its what your doing.

Some can get away with not eating enough...

Some can get away with not training hard enough...

See whats not working- take each piece of the puzzle and figure it out, then repeat over and over again to continue results.

Not getting enough calories is always a big factor and its a bitch trying to get over 3000 calories eating clean and carbs have a lot more calories then protein...

No one wants to get fat here but like I said many times before...Get lean first...as in under 10% bf...Take the right compounds like HGH, Tren, igf, wini, masteron and the list goes on...I'm talking about drugs that burn fat and add muscle...

This way you can eat those carbs and keep the fat off...

Sometime you might see the fat coming on...just cut back on the fat and carbs for awhile then repeat when your ready.

Of course if your going to be competing then eating clean might be the only way to go but most bodybuilders eat almost everything in the off seasons to add the weight on.

With training...Higher volume is more depletion work, in a way some is good,some is not because the localized swelling and trapped blood gives the illusion of more size meanwhile it's just swelling not growth... it goes away...

Muscles should be trained based on fiber type and your own personal response...

As you progress you will train less and shorter in the mass building phases...

You need more time to recover from squating 4-5 plates each side for reps then when you first started and squating 25lbs each side...

In Bodybuilding and AAS there is no black and white limitations on anything involved, Training, diet, especially drugs... It all comes down to knowing ones personal response, genetics, and knowing how to "listen" to your body.

It just makes sense.

Listen to your body and you will grow...

It will tell you the food you need the macros the cals
The junk...

It will tell you when it needs rest...

It will tell you when to train again...

It will tell you when you need more drugs...

Just listen

Another thing to talk about here is SHOCK...


If you dont shock your body to grow, the body will stay the same at balance, your body will not change and adapt if it doesent need to...

The only way to grow is shock. shock food, shock drugs, shock training and rest. and eat some more...

You need to keep changing things up...Training, switch to super sets for awhile, high volume, low volume, what ever it takes but if you stop growing then change your work outs...

Same with AAS...If you keep using the same drugs or doses and stop growing then change it up.

Do different things and see how your body responds but shocking the body with something totally different will usually work.

To begin with you want to avoid at all costs
the negative influences which create a catabolic
(muscle robbing) effect on the muscles such as:

Over-training,
Poor nutrition,
Not enough rest, and
Emotional stress
The positive influences for staying in the
anabolic (muscle gain) environment include
but are not limited to:

Proper training,
Nutrition,
Rest and
A positive mental attitude
(not surprising they are complete opposites)
With regard to proper nutrition the late
Vince Gironda, "The Iron Guru" always
seemed to have some natural anabolic
secrets in his bag of goodies. Here are
three of his secrets:

Secret #1

Vince used to suggest taking three to four
amino acid tablets and 3 to 10 liver tablets
every three hours to help keep the body in
a positive nitrogen state between meals and
during those times when a person can't eat
a normal meal or snack.

(Liver contains a red protein pigment called
Cytrochrome P-450 which accounts for the
endurance factors that many hard training
bodybuilders receive from taking it... Back in
the 60's, 70's and 80's it was common to see
many bodybuilding competitors take as many
as 60 Liver tablets a day in the off-season and
100 tablets the last few weeks prior to a competition).

Secret #2

Another of Vince's Anabolic Secrets that has
proven to be beneficial in the promotion of
muscular weight gains was to eat 1 boiled egg
every hour that you are awake.

Secret #3

Vince revealed to the bodybuilding world the
Euro-Blast Weight Gaining BIG SECRET that
the European muscle monsters were using to
gain muscle density... Vince began using it on
his students to increase their body weight by
as much as 40 pounds.

The BIG SECRET is simply drinking 6 ounces
of half and half or certified raw cream mixed
with 6 ounces of ginger ale... Sometimes to trigger
the anabolic or growth mechanism of the body
further yet Vince would advise adding 40-60 grams
of a milk & egg protein powder.

The students at Vince's Gym in Ventura, California
enjoyed this drink as a daily in-between meal pickup
at 10 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

So the take-aways for you?

Simple. In reverse order:

Secret 3
Simply mix 4-5oz or whole milk with 4-5oz
of heavy whipping cream in a blender with
40-60 grams of high-quality whey protein.

Sip slowly, use 2-3 times per day.

(sounds weird, but trust me, it's good!

Secret 2
You can boil eggs, right? Boil a couple
dozen eggs on Sunday night and keep them
in the fridge to grab throughout the week.

(add salt and pepper for taste)

Secret 1
Liver pills to keep your body in a positive nitrogen state
all day...ESPECIALLY post workout.
