Servings: 5 Ingredients: 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil 1 Yellow Onion, Chopped 1 Green Bell Pepper, Chopped 1 Colored Bell Pepper, Chopped 3 Cloves Garlic, Minced 1 Lb Ground Grass Fed Beef 2 Tbsp Chili Powder 10 Tomatoes, Chopped 1 Cup Cooked Black Beans ½ Cup Cooked Kidney Beans 1 Tsp Sea Salt ¼ Tsp Cayenne Pepper Directions: Heat coconut oil in a large saucepan on medium-high. Add onions and peppers... Cook for 3-5 minutes or until softened... Add garlic and cook for an additional minute. Add beef, sprinkle with chili powder, and cook until browned, stirring occasionally. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover.., and simmer for 15-20 minutes
