I write this for the beginner. This is my advice to you on how to do your first cycle. Remmeber this, You Will Never Gain As Well As You Did On Your First Cycle! With that in mind here's some pointers.
1. Plan this cycle very carefully. Don't use your first cycle to cut, use it for an all out mother of a bulking cycle. Plan everything to the T, workout schedule, diet, supplementation, gear, and rest.
2. Keep it Simple Dummy. Don't get carried away with exotic drugs that you pay up the ass for cause the big guy in the gym "loves the ****" Keep the gear you use very simple. Test and Dbol is a Killer first cycle that you should gain like crazy on.
3. Take Precauations. Always, always have some type of antiestrogen on hand, ie. novaldex or arimidex. If your nips start burning start taking the anti-estrogen. DON'T wait till the problems start because you damn well know you'll have problmes getting it. Also always take care of your health. Take ALA and Cranberry Extract for your liver and kidneys. Cut out all alcohol, drink 1-2 gallons of water a day. Take all your anti oxidants, Multi Vit/Mineral, E, C, and selenium. If your older, consider using finasteride (ie. proscar/propecia) to protect your prostate and even your hair line.
4. USE Clomid. Using Clomid post cycle will help boost your natural test levels back up and help maintain gains. Don't ever start a cycle without this or an anti estrogen.
5. DIET is everything. If you aren't eating to recovery/grow you'll never make any gains. 400 grams of protein a day.. not a gram less!!! tonnes of post workout high GI carbs!!
6. Don't go crazy on doses, but keep them reasonable. A Great first cycle would be 10 weeks of a longer acting ester testosterone at 500mg a week (ie. sustanon, enanthaete) And 4 weeks of dbol at 25mg a day. DON'T EVER do a half ass cycle cause that's all you got and you want to look good for something in a few weeks. STASH the **** and save up till you have everything you need from day one.
7. Train hard and heavy. Stick with the basics, bench, deadlifts, squats, If you aren't doing these lifts you shouldn't be using gear. Increase poundages EVERY single workout, TRACK your workouts.
8. Don't Be Rushed. This is your health your taking for granted, Educate yourself, Read all the boards, books, whatever, ask questions here and we will help along the way. JUST because some meathead from the gym that just so happens to have a great price and only a few vials of test left doesn't mean you have to jump on it to get it.. It's always around, take your time. AND MOST OF ALL.. GROW!!! goodluck.
