More Cycles from Beginner to Advanced

Beginner’s Cycle (1):

If you’re starting out you need to keep things simple. A beginner should expect a nice consistent muscle gain with a cycle like this, although probably not anything really dramatic.

• 500mgs Testosterone Enanthate or Cypionate, weeks 1-to-10

• 0.25mg Arimidex per day, weeks 1-to-11

• 1000iu HCG per week, starting if/when testicles lose size and ending in week 14

Of course the cycle itself is just the start. You then have to set to work in order to maintain your gains, and ensure the resumption of natural Testosterone production.

Here’s a solid Post Cycle Therapy:

• 40mgs Nolvadex and 5000mgs Tribulus per day, week 13

• 40mgs Nolvadex and 5000mgs Tribulus per day, week 14 •

20mgs Nolvadex and 4000mgs Tribulus per day, week 15

• 20mgs Nolvadex and 4000mgs Tribulus per day, week 16

Adding a zinc supplement may also help during PCT, and essential fatty acids in your diet will boost natural Testosterone production.

 

Beginner’s Cycle (2): Starting off with two or more substances (in this case Testosterone, Equipoise, and possibly Dianabol) can be a good idea for people who want the very best muscle gains in the shortest time. Yet this is for you only if you know exactly how to make good use of steroids from the word go: you need to understand how steroids work, and you need considerable training and diet experience, if you’re going to make a more advanced cycle work for you.

• Optional 40mgs Dianabol per day, weeks 1-to-4

• 500mgs Testosterone Enanthate or Cypionate, weeks 1-to-12•

400mgs Equipoise, weeks 1-to-12

• 0.25mg Arimidex per day, weeks 1-to-13

• 1000iu HCG per week, starting if/when testicles lose size and ending in week 16

As for PCT:

• 40mgs Nolvadex and 5000mgs Tribulus per day, week 15

• 40mgs Nolvadex and 5000mgs Tribulus per day, week 16

• 20mgs Nolvadex and 4000mgs Tribulus per day, week 17

• 20mgs Nolvadex and 4000mgs Tribulus per day, week 18

A Long Cycle:

Intermediate or more advanced steroid users can take a cycle like the one above and lengthen it. The aim of the longer cycle is to get the best out of a slow acting drug like Equipoise, although Nandrolone Decanoate (again slow acting) could easily be used instead. •

Optional 40-to-60mgs Dianabol per day, weeks 1-to-4

• 500-to-750mgs Testosterone Enanthate or Cypionate, weeks 1-to-16

• 400-to-600mgs Equipoise OR Nandrolone Decanoate, weeks 1-to-16

• 0.25mg Letrozole twice per week (or every other day if required), weeks 1-to-17

• 1000iu HCG per week, starting if/when testicles lose size and ending in week 20

The same (standard) PCT described above should also be effective after this cycle.

A Shorter Cycle:

This cycle is one of my personal favorites. For me it means big muscle gains in a relatively short time, as long as my caloric intake is high enough. People often like short cycles (say 6-to-8 weeks) if/when they find that they often hit sticking points or plateaus on longer cycles.

• 800mgs Testosterone Propionate, weeks 1-to-6 (inject 200mgs four times per week)

• 600mgs Nandrolone Phenylpropionate, weeks 1-to-6 (inject 150mgs four time per week)

• 0.25mgs Letrozole twice per week (increase to every other day if required), weeks 1-to-7

To this I think I'd add 350mgs Masteron per week, or 50mgs Proviron ed -- either will free up some Testosterone from SHBG, and add a lot to the cycle.

A “Hardening Up” or “Cutting” Cycle:

This cycle uses steroids that will complement a fat loss program. The doses can be lower than those in a muscle gaining cycle. This is because you only require enough gear to protect muscle, not enough to build muscle.

• 350-to-525mgs Testosterone Proprionate per week, weeks 1-to-10 (100-to-150mgs injected every other day)

• 350mgs Masteron per week, weeks 1-to-10 (100mgs injected every other day)

• 262.5-to-350mgs Trenbolone Acetate per week, weeks 5-to-10 (75-to-100mgs injected every other day)

A standard four-week PCT (see beginner’s cycles) will work well again here. It should begin in week 12.

An Advanced ‘Short High Intensity Cycle’ (SHIC):

This sort of cycle is strictly reserved for very advanced men, with a great deal of experience with steroids. The aim is to shock body, and stimulate maximum muscle gains in a short time. A massive 20lbs of muscle might be gained in just 30 days, but only if very great attention is given to every aspect of training, diet, and rest. T3 is used in addition to AAS, to enhance protein synthesis and food utilization.

• Days 1-to-10: 2 ampoules (500mgs) Sustanon (Testosterone blend) per day

• Days 11-to-30: 150mgs Nandrolone Phenylpropionate and 100mgs Masteron per day

• Days 11-to-35: 80mgs Dianabol per • Days 1-to-30: 25mcgs T3 per day

• Days 1-to-35: 0.5mg Letrozole every other day
