Ephedrine ECA, or the combination of ephedrine, caffeine, and aspirin, is probably the most popular bodybuilding supplement for weight loss that the world has ever seen. A stack of 25 mg ephedrine, 250 mg aspirin, and 200 mg caffeine lead to a metabolic boost and a thermogenic effect in the body... It should be taken immediately upon waking in the morning before a cardio session, then optionally again 6 to 7 hours later. Taking ECA any time after 5 pm will leave the bodybuilder up until the early hours of the morning! ECA has been known to cause users to feel very lethargic when the caffeine crash arrives, and heart palpitations (and even failure in those with genetic defects) are common as well... Clenbuterol Clen is probably preferable to ECA in that you don’t become catabolic, you don’t get the jitter or heart palpitations, and you can use it continually without the body becoming used to it.. It’s entirely possible to shed enough body fat to place well in a show entirely through diet manipulation and the addition of cardiovascular training to your routine... However, it will take longer to lose the same amount of fat doing so... And, as you may already know, the longer you are on a diet, the more muscle you are apt to lose... For this reason, the use of compounds to help shed body fat is highly recommended. Keep your dieting consistent and your cardiovascular exercise moderate, and sensible use of these compounds will lead to efficient and safe fat loss which preserves the bulk of your muscle mass...
