This is a diet written from a good friend and mentor of mine. I wanted to post this Bulker diet up...If your not on cycle and try this, you will put on size....If you are on cycle and try this,..you will put on alot of size...Try at your own risk... Diet template: 8 am 6 egg white, 3-6 yolks 150g oatmeal 1 slice wheat toast 1 teaspoon peanut butter 10am 100g chicken breast(100g's by weight is 3 ounces) 100g steak 100g rice, dry weight 35g beans(any kind) Noon 100g chicken breast 100g steak 30g mushrooms 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil Assorted veggies(no carrots) 2pm 150g Salmon steak(or any fresh water fish) 2 whole eggs(usually boiled) 50 grams carrots 75g rice 50g peas 4pm N-Large2 with an extrs 50g MaltoDextrine(should use blender, Malto doesn't always mix well,,, clumpy) 5pm Workout Post workout 100g Protein but NO carbs in it!!!!(should be a blend, Whey Isolate/Egg/Soy seems to work good) 8pm 100g chicken 100g fish 150g Potato(sweet or white) 12-16oz Skim Milk Just before bed 400g steak 2 whole eggs Times can be backed up 1hr or so if need be ,, 7am, 9am ect....
