HUMAN GROWTH HORMONE [HGH] HGH isn’t very effective in spray or oral administration systems... There is no effective HGH “pill”. HGH is most effective when injected into the body... When injected, HGH secretes into the cell membranes in the body and immediately begins delivering the benefits. ..These benefits include increased muscle mass and energy, lowered levels of body fat, improved mental capacity and abilities, and increased sex drive... Originally produced in the pituitary gland in the brain, HGH secretion levels lessen as we age. A senior citizen will secrete only 20% of the HGH that a man age 20 will secrete... This is why men at 20 are often stronger, leaner, faster, more sexually vibrant, and more alert than they are at age 60... However, the use of injectable HGH is changing that... Older men are now able to keep up with their peers who are one-third their age! While the aging process can never be stopped or reversed, it sure can be slowed down for HGH users! Benefits Many bodybuilders report an initial weight gain when starting the use of HGH, or human growth hormone. Hands and feet may experience slight swelling... You’ll appear leaner as vascularity will improve... You’ll need to keep protein at an absolute minimum of 300 grams per day, with 400 grams being preferable... Your face may look fuller from the water you’re holding. HGH affects your mentality... You’ll feel big as a house the first time you use it, typically within 3-5 days... Shoulders, thighs, chest, and other groups will be much fuller. You may see slight increase in aggression, but most users don’t report that... Usually it’s a smooth feeling of just being bigger and stronger... Administration – Low or High Levels? Dosage varies with growth hormone... Some bodybuilders prefer longer cycle of 1-2 IU daily, and some prefer shorter, more intense cycles of 3-6 IU daily... Six IU’s is very high – you should certainly not go above four unless you are experienced and it’s not your first cycle... Remember – long-term growth is the goal... HGH isn’t cumulative – you cannot double the gains by simply doubling the dose. You must use in moderation... Splitting the Dose Out of necessity, some bodybuilders take their dose once per day... However it is preferable to split the dose up between two shots... Your body uses it within a few hours, so the second dose does create a second growth ‘window’ each day... Circumstances might prevent this, but you should make every effort to split doses... Recovery & Eating You can eat everything on the menu while on growth hormone... You will recover faster and you will utilize just about every calorie you can get your hands on... Even if you’re dieting, you can significantly increase calories and still lose body fat, thanks to the wonderful fat-burning nature of growth hormone... Bottom line Growth hormone is a great addition to a regular anabolic cycle for initiating additional growth and burning fat as well... Give it a shot if you’re ready! It has a very short half-life, and it absorbed by the tissue of the body very quickly... Alternatively compounds such as testosterone esters are mixed with oil, or suspended... They are injected into muscle tissue, which allows them to last much longer in the body than growth hormone... Growth hormone, while highly effective and popular, does require these daily shots over time in order to become effective... Recent research has led scientists to the conclusion that growth hormone therapy takes several months of low-dose treatment in order to reach full effectiveness... Researchers are also realizing that 3-time per day shots of growth hormone cause its effectiveness to increase greatly... GH is absorbed into the bloodstream fairly quickly, and had a half-life of only a few hours... This means that your GH levels at bedtime (assuming a morning injection) are very low, which is less than optimal for growth. Instead, if you were willing and able to conduct three shots per day, your levels would remain steady throughout the day... Shot times of 8 AM, 4 PM, and 11 PM might be most optimal... Your dosage would be reduced by 2/3 of course, to keep the amounts constant... And you’d be experiencing a whole lot of needle pain... But if your goal was absolute muscle growth, and you weren’t concerned about the pain or inconvenience, you’d be able to reach your goals in no time... . The variance of lifestyles might make thrice-daily shots acceptable for some, and out of the question for others... Understand that if you are to get the most possible benefits of growth hormone, you must consistently take the injections daily without missing any shots... And, if you’re willing to take your dedication a step further, you can divide your dose into three shots, and multiply your results even further... Avoid taking this process to extremes... It more research was completed, we’d probably discover that dividing the dose into five daily doses is even more effective... Small incremental doses of 20% full dose, administered five times per day, would likely lead to even more success... However, you have to draw the line somewhere, and three doses per day appear to be a nice trade-off for the truly devoted... As with all things in bodybuilding (and life) consistency and repetition are great tools, but extremes can be dangerous. Treat your GH injections as you do all other bodybuilding facets – with consistency and common sense...
